As a long time real estate investor and business owner, Thomas “TJ” Loftin (known as “TJ”) spent a lot of time observing business and real estate trends and watched some major disruptions in both areas. Therefore, in 2018 TJ decided to travel the country to closely monitor these trends and came to the realization that in less than a decade most people will not be able to either afford real estate ownership, to start a business and own the building that it’s in, and quite possibly may not be able to afford to rent in the building.
“We are raising the first generation of non-homeowners, and that’s dangerous,” said TJ. This led him to write his first book, “Monetizing Gentrification” and created a corresponding tour traveling the country giving presentations, trainings and coaching to better help those who would like to create a legacy.
By attending one of these workshops TJ reports that you will walk away with knowledge of:
(1) The Do’s and Don’ts when it comes to purchasing real estate.
(2) How to research the community and property before investing.
(3) Learn why there’s an urgency to own the buildings that we run our business out of and homes that we lay our heads in.
(4) Learn how Tariffs, Opportunity Zones and Affordable Housing affecting us.
(5) The value of building a home vs. purchasing a pre-existing home.
(6) Learn how California’s real estate is affecting the rest of the country.
