April 27-28
Santa Clarita has a busy weekend in store, beginning on April 27 to April 28 at Santa Clarita Central Park, 27150 Bouquet Canyon Rd., in Santa Clarita. The 13th annual KHTS Emergency Expo Show will be held on Saturday, April 27 with the KHTS Arts and Craft Fair and the KHTS Home & Garden Show taking place on both April 27 and 28.
The KHTS Emergency Expo Show will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is sponsored by SoCal Gas and Southern California Edison. The exposition will have displays, presentations and drills from Santa Clarita emergency response teams. Exhibitors will have products and services for emergency preparedness and response and recovery. The Los Angeles County Fire Department, California Highway Patrol, the Santa Clarita Sheriffs, the city of Santa Clarita and emergency, safety businesses and organizations will be present.
The KHTS Arts and Crafts Fair will provide the opportunity to 60 artists to showcase their latest work and wares. The show will be one of the largest shows in Santa Clarita Valley. All works of art were created through canvas, on flags, crochet needles, made into jewelry, clothing and hats.
The KHTS Home & Garden Show will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on April 27 and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on April 28. The latest in solar energy, kitchen, pool and backyard design, kitchen remodeling and other home improvements will be featured.
