The city of Palmdale will host its next Rock the Art event this morning from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Joe Davies Heritage Airpark at Palmdale Plant 42, 2001 E. Ave. P. The event is free and open to everyone ages 5 years and older.
“Join us at this special location as we continue the rock movement,” said Joi Christy, Palmdale senior program leader. “Inspiration will come easy as we will be centered around displays of aircraft that portray our rich aerospace heritage and present the historical significance of United States Air Force Plant 42. Stop by the park, paint a rock, meet some people and be part of a fun movement.”
