WEST LOS ANGELES (CNS) – Police today sought the public’s help to find a suspect who shot two men, one fatally, in the West Los Angeles area.
The shooting occurred about 5:15 p.m. Sunday in the 8700 block of Guthrie Avenue, the Los Angeles Police Department reported.
Paramedics took the wounded men to a hospital, where one died and one was hospitalized in stable condition. Authorities withheld the name of the fatally wounded man, who was in his early 20s, pending notification of his relatives.
The suspect was described only as a male. Anyone with information on the case was urged to call homicide detectives at (213) 382-9470, or LAPD-247.
