Local school wins GRAMMY acknowledgement

Compton High School’s music program is one of the top six in the nation for 2013, according to a GRAMMY Signature Schools Enterprise Award the campus recently won. The award comes with a check for $5,500 from the Ford Motor Company Fund. The Enterprise Award recognizes efforts made by schools that are economically underserved.
