Invention to Innovation, See Yourself-See the Future Urban Youth Technology Fair will be held Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at St. Andrews Park, 8701 St. Andrews Place in Los Angeles.

The free event, coordinated by The C3 Foundation, in association with the City of Los Angeles Recreation and Parks Department, will also feature a car show and give young people an opportunity to meet successful African American technology professionals from the private and public sectors.

Participants will also get the chance to learn about working in the fields of aerospace, medicine, aquatic and marine science, eco and green industries, automotive technologies and engineering through guest speakers and panel discussions.

Members of the famed Tuskegee Airmen squadrons will also be on hand to talk about their experiences as America’s first Black fighter pilots.

The C3 Foundation is a nonprofit organization geared toward exposing urban youth to the information and opportunities that can help them build their future through science and technological advances.
