WATTS, Calif.–A Cudahy man was arrested after he exposed himself to a woman who was doing community service at a public park in Watts, authorities said today.

Pablo Posas Reyes was arrested at Colonel Leon H. Washington Park on East 92nd Street by deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Parks Bureau around 9 a.m. Thursday, said Deputy Paul Schrader.

“The victim told deputies she was doing her community service in the park about 8 a.m. when Reyes drove his vehicle up next to her and began talking with her through his open window,” Schrader said. “She said that as they were talking she saw his exposed penis through the open driver’s side window.”

The unidentified victim notified deputies who stopped Reyes’ vehicle and placed him under arrest, according to Schrader.

Reyes was booked at the sheriff’s Century Station and released after being issued a Promise To Appear citation, Schrader said.
