Vigil for ‘Grim Sleeper’ Victims

Councilmember Bernard C. Parks joined the L.A. Police Dept. and community at a candlelight vigil for victims of the “Grim Sleeper” serial killer who has been active for over two decades.The vigil was held at the corner of W. Colden Avenue and S. Figueroa Street, the location of a third billboard.The next billboard is scheduled to be located at the intersection of Western Avenue and Century Boulevard on Jan. 19.
