Registration is currently in progress for the winter term and spring semester; students may choose classes offered in person, online, or hybrid format. Students are encouraged to register now to ensure the best class selection.
Enrolled students have access to a complete menu of support services to help them succeed. All students enrolled during the 2022-2023 school year are eligible to receive a free student parking permit and one free meal per day at the Everytable Café on campus – plus $20 in vouchers to spend at the weekly Compton College Certified Farmers’ Market.
In addition, Compton College provides financial, academic, and technical support for those in need such as financial aid, tutoring, book vouchers, free laptop and Wi-fi hotspot loans, and referrals for those with housing insecurity.

Registration is currently in progress for the winter term, which begins Jan. 3, 2023. The winter term provides a great opportunity for students to get ahead in their educational plan and complete up to seven units in five weeks. The winter term is perfect for helping students graduate sooner, improve their GPA, repeat an essential course, and lighten the course load for spring, as well as satisfy any prerequisites. Students may register via MyCompton accessible from the college website at www.compton.edu.
Registration for the spring semester is also in progress and students are encouraged to register promptly to ensure entry into desired classes. Full-term spring classes begin Feb. 11 and end on June 9, 2023, with eight-week midterm classes also available.
Students may apply and register online, 24 hours per day via MyCompton on the Compton College website www.compton.edu. Although campus will be closed for winter recess Dec. 23, through Jan. 2, 2023, online registration is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Students who need help with the Steps to Enrollment can join a virtual workshop. Visit the Compton College Office of Educational Partnerships web page for more information about the Virtual Steps to Enrollment Workshops and the Zoom meeting links. Online and in-person counseling appointments to complete Step 4 – Educational Planning are available Monday through Friday by appointment or express drop-in counseling. The schedule of classes, in both digital and searchable formats, is also available online.
