The Women’s March Foundation, Planned Parenthood, and their partners will be holding a rally from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 14 called “The Bans Off Our Bodies.” The pro-abortion rally will take place at LA City Hall, 200 N. Spring St.
In the coming months, the Supreme Court will issue its ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health organization, the 2018 Mississipi case where that state wants to ban abortion after 15 weeks.
Women’s Health, and legal experts widely expect the Court to severely curtail—or even overturn altogether—the 50-year precedent that established every woman’s right to determine if they will give birth.
