Compton Community College is looking for help

Community members pay attention, Compton Community College District (CCDA)  is looking for new members to serve on the Citizens Board Oversight Committee. To be considered for the committee, applicants need to apply by Monday, March 14 by 5 p.m. Applications can be obtained at the District’s Office of the CEO or online at:   https://compton.edu/district/citizens_bond_oversight/docs/Oversight-Committee-Application.pdf

Board members should be residents of the district and active in a bona fide taxpayers organization; a district resident who is active in a senior citizens’ organization; or members of the community at large who reside within the Compton Community College District.

To qualify for the committee, candidates must meet one of the criteria mentioned above. Also, a member can not be an employee, vendor, contractor, official, or consultant of Compton Community College District. If an applicant falls in one of these categories it will lead to automatic disqualification.
