Media mogul Tyler Perry has reportedly sold his California home to music mogul Pharrell Williams for $15.6 million, reports Variety. The so-called mansion, located in Sherman Oaks, has 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and takes up more than 17,000 square feet. Perry has only owned the property since August 2017, acquiring it for a reported $14.5 million. The home sits on 4.5 acres on a hilltop and reportedly has a sweeping view of San Fernando Valley. The property includes a lighted tennis court and a lagoon style swimming pool. Perry still owns a multi-million dollar property in Coldwater Canyon in Beverly Hills. He is also building a home outside of Atlanta, which will feature a landing strip for his high-end model planes. Williams also owns a home in Laurel Canyon as well as a home on the waterfront in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
