Emmy Award winning comedian Vicki Lawrence brings “A Two-Woman Show: Vicki Lawrence and Mama,” to the Lancaster Performing Arts Center (LPAC) on Friday, May 18.

Best known for her 11 years on “The Carol Burnett Show” and her iconic role as “Mama” in “Mama’s Family,” the multi-talented Vicki Lawrence shines as she sings, dances, and acts her way into the hearts of audience members.

Making her debut with Carol Burnett as a high school senior (she won a Carol Burnett look-alike contest), and as a 24 year-old portraying Thelma Harper (Mama), Lawrence has created characters we have come to know and love. Pop music fans will also remember Lawrence’s 1973 hit “The Night The Lights Went Out In Georgia.”

Enjoy an evening of laughs with Vicki Lawrence and Mama at the Lancaster Performing Arts Center on Friday, May 18 at 8 p.m. Tickets are available at $64, $44, and $39 and may be purchased online at www.LPAC.org, by phone at (661) 723-5950, or at the LPAC box office, 750 W.
