The sheriff’s department this week sought the public’s help in locating a man and woman who are considered at risk because he is said to be suffering from depression.
Jovan Webb, 30, and Haley Mercier, 21, both of Lancaster, may be traveling in Webb’s older-model red Mazda Miata convertible, according to Deputy Tracy Koerner of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Webb is described as Black, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Mercier, who was described as Webb’s girlfriend, is White, 5 feet 2 inches tall and 210 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
Anyone with information regarding the couple’s whereabouts was urged to call the sheriff’s Missing Persons Detail at (323) 890-5500 to speak with Sgt. Nava or Detective Abraham.
