Spring movies at library

The Palmdale City Library, 700 E. Palmdale Blvd., will host a Spring Break Movie Festival March 19-23 from 2 to 4 pm each day. This event is free and open to all ages.

Movies scheduled to be shown include, “Stardust” (2007), rated PG-13; “The Nut Job 2: Nutty By Nature” (2017), rated PG; “Ella Enchanted” (2004), rated PG; “The BFG” (2016), rated PG; and the Academy Award-winning “Coco” (2017), rated PG.

“No plans for Spring Break?” asked Debbie Peterson, assistant library director.

“We’ve got you covered! Join us for a free showing of some of our favorite movies each week day at 2pm, during spring break.”

This event is co-sponsored by the Friends of the Palmdale City Library.

The Palmdale City Library is open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and from 1 to 5 p.m. On Sunday.
