The America’s Job Center of California, formerly the South Valley WorkSource Center at 38510 Sierra Highway in Palmdale, will host a job recruitment for route/paratransit operator bus drivers for the Santa Clarita location of MV Transportation Inc. from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., June 6.
Qualified candidates must be 21 years or older, possess a high school diploma/GED, be licensed for a minimum of two years to operate a Class C vehicle, pass pre-employment drug screening, and be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Interested applicants should dress professionally, bring copies of their resume, a DMV H6 printout indicating no recent infractions, a Social Security card, a California ID/driver’s license or passport, proof of income (if unemployed, an EBT card is acceptable), proof of residence (i.e. utility bill) and, for veterans, a DD-214 form or proof of an honorable discharge.
