Tap for well-being at Palmdale City Library

The Palmdale City Library will host a free workshop on Meridian Tapping on Thursday, April 6 at 6:30 p.m. at the Chimbole Cultural Center’s Lilac Room, located at 38250 Sierra Highway, next door to the library.

Tapping is a combination of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology that works to physically alter your brain, energy system and body all at once. The practice consists of tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian points.

“Tapping is an easy, safe, and free way to manage many ailments!” said library associate Shay Hawken.  “Learn how you can use this technique in your life at our free workshop run by Wendy Frado of Empowerment Strategies, certified life coach, certified NLP practitioner and Level 2 practitioner.

The Palmdale City Library is open seven days a week. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m.
