Angeles County sheriff’s deputies responding to calls of a family dispute. The two had gotten into a physical fight, during which the defendant picked up a bat, hit his father and then kicked him, according to Deputy District Attorney Carmelia Mejia. Miller was arrested early the next morning by sheriff’s deputies. He is due back in a San Fernando courtroom for sentencing June 20
