Kid’s Charities is seeking sponsors and vendors for the 22nd Annual Thunder on the Lot scheduled June 11-12 at Lancaster City Park.

More than 15,000 visitors typically participate in the event that features one of the largest motorcycle shows in Southern California, and also showcases classic/custom car shows, low rider exhibits, and motorcycle stunt riders. The two-day event also includes an a early-morning run, a “burn out” (for hot rods), a beer garden and, new this year, a casino night. There will also be live music on two stages, a number of raffle giveaways (including a new Harley Davidson motorcycle), a carnival, kids activities and a series of one-dollar raffles as well as community stage performances.

The yearly event is funded by sponsorships from local businesses and organizations. Local organizations that choose to participate may benefit from increased business exposure as Kid’s Charities offer a number of multi-pronged promotional efforts, including ongoing updates to the official website, www.thunderonthelot.com. Organizers say there are many levels of sponsorship available.

Vendor space is limited and typically sells out quickly; various size options are available for selling and non-selling vendors. Vendor fees constitute a donation to Kid’s Charities which supports more than 30 local organizations
