Rep. Steve Knight (CA-25th) will host on April 29 a reception for high school students who submitted artwork to the Congressional Art Competition. The event will take place from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at Fastframe Valencia, 24204 Valencia Blvd., in Valencia.
During the past several weeks, students who reside in or the vicinity of the 25th Congressional District have submitted their artwork to the competition; qualifying artwork will displayed in the Fastframe gallery on April 29. A panel of judges comprised of members of the area’s arts community will select a winner. The winning artwork will be framed and displayed at the United States Capitol for the remainder of the year.
