The public is invited to recongnize exceptional youth by nominating someone 13-18 years old within their community to receive a $10,000 scholarship. Two recipients, one male and one female, will be recognized during the star-studded event which will be held Friday, July 3, during the 21st annual ESSENCE Festival in New Orleans.
