As the nation grapples to understand the verdict in the Trayvon Martin case, there are many who expressed their anger and frustration through rallies and demonstrations.

In Los Angeles, the rallies were corrupted by violence and looting. According to research by Our Weekly, the younger members of a local gang on Monday, via Facebook, called for their comrades to meet at the intersection of Crenshaw Boulevard and Slauson Avenue in a plan to disrupt a peaceful rally.

When only a few people showed up, they decided to carry on with the plan and ended up breaking windows in the Jack in the Box at Crenshaw Boulevard and Stocker Street, rampaging through Walmart and assaulting innocent bystanders.

The mayhem was repeated Tuesday, but this time in Hollywood.
