On Saturday Nov. 17, 2012, The ROCK Christian Fellowship will provide free boxes of food to the public. This will be the fourth year of food distribution and everyone is welcome.
This is our Renewable Hope Project. Each year we have seen an increase in families who have the deepest needs turn out to be encouraged by this genuine gesture of love from The ROCK, Long Beach.
It is our hope to provide 500 boxes of food to families in need. Each box has enough food to provide staples for a family of four to six people.

Pastor Gregory Sanders stated; “Renewable Hope is our initiative of optimism. It is not a recruitment strategy. It is not a subterfuge with a counter agenda. This is a committed resource to remind families that hope is renewable daily. Whether or not they ever step into The ROCK is perfectly OK with us. Our goal is to make The ROCK portable. Our core model of ministry is not “come and see.” Our commission is to “go and tell.” Renewable Hope allows us to fulfill our commitment to freely give what we have to others.”
Everyone is urged to share this opportunity with their neighbors and friends.
