A robust and mellow crowd turned out for the Balboa Music Festival at Lake Balboa in the San Fernando Valley and was treated to a roster of Jazz, R & B, Neo Soul, Latin Jazz performances as well as a special performance of New Edition with Bobby Brown (third from left in photo at right).
