The long-awaited Marlton Square redevelopment project–a mixed-use residential and retail complex–looks ready to move forward.
But it may not take the form initially proposed.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Kaiser Permanente has purchased a large portion of the 20-acre site and plans to build two medical office buildings on the northeast corner of Marlton Avenue and Santa Rosalia Drive.
