LOS ANGELES, Calif.–Police today circulated a photo of a man wanted for allegedly assaulting five people in the Civic Center area of downtown Los Angeles.
Jermaine Moran allegedly slapped, punched or pushed the victims–a man and four women–in separate incidents between Jan. 3 and Thursday night, said Los Angeles police Lt. Paul Vernon. Three of the incidents occurred at First and Main streets.
Moran’s photo was taken about 8 a.m. on Thursday in the City Hall Mall by a security officer who saw him walking in the area. The latest attack occurred late Thursday afternoon near First and Main streets, Vernon said.
