Under the direction of Dr. Don Lee White, founder, they will offer spirituals and music of Negro composers and arrangers. Dr. White is known throughout the nation for his expertise and professionalism. A former professor of music at California State University, Los Angeles, he served as director of music at Grant AME Church for many years.
Dr. White has also served as dean of music of the Fifth Episcopal District of the AME Church, as well a member of the Music Connection of the AME Church. He is a member of the National Association of Negro Musicians where he has held several positions and past president of the Georgia Laster Branch.
