Authorities have identified a woman who was killed in a two-vehicle crash near Lancaster that left three other people injured.

The crash was reported at about 7:25 a.m. Tuesday at state Route 138 and 90th Street West, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Officers learned that a 2005 Toyota traveling southbound on 90th Street West collided with a 2015 Freightliner truck that was heading westbound on SR 138, CHP Officer Monique Mischeaux said.

The driver of the Toyota died at the scene, Mischeaux said. On Wednesday, the woman was identified by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner as Sherril Joanne Del Rosso, 66, whose city of residence was not known.

Alcohol and/or drugs are not suspected to be a factor in the crash, Mischeaux said.

Two juvenile passengers from the Toyota were airlifted to Northridge Hospital Medical Center with major injuries, and the driver of the Freightliner sustained minor injuries and was taken to Antelope Valley Medical Center.

Anyone with information on the accident was asked to call Mischeaux at the CHP Antelope Valley-area office at (661) 948-8541 during business hours. After business hours, they were asked to contact the CHP Los Angeles Communications Center at (323) 259-3200.
