LOS ANGELES, Calif.—A program manager for the mayor's gang-reduction and youth-development office was out on bail today, and the mayor vowed to conduct a full investigation into the woman's arrest at a downtown Los Angeles nightclub.
Blanca Martinez-Navarro, 28, was booked into the 77th Street jail early Sunday morning on suspicion of assault on a police officer, according to Los Angeles police Lt. Jim Gavin. She posted $20,000 bail and was released about 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
