The Palmdale City Library, 700 E. Palmdale Blvd., will host two free presentations on alcohol and drug prevention provided by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. Admission is free.
A presentation in English will be held on Monday, Feb. 3, and one in Spanish will be take place on Monday, Feb. 10. Both presentations will begin at 6:30 pm at the Library.
“The alcohol and drug prevention presentations offer practical advice and resources,” said Shay Hawken, library associate. “Come take advantage of these free programs and get information on this important topic.”
The Palmdale City Library is open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
