The Compton Community College District (CCCD) will hold a Community Meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 5, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Compton Library, located at 240 Compton Blvd. Community members, students and parents are welcome.
CCCD Board of Trustees Vice President Dr. Sharoni Denise Little will host the meeting.
“This will be the first in a series of Compton Community College District Community Meetings hosted in 2020,” said Little. “I am pleased to host this event to share updates about Compton College and all of the opportunities available to potential students and the community.”
Topics to be covered include facilities planning, enrollment at Compton College, and community participation in governance opportunities. The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session. This meeting is designed to provide community members with an opportunity to participate in a discussion and learn more about Compton College.
