Beyoncé is considered one of the most influential and financially powerful women in the world. Yet the singer, actress, mother, wife and philanthropist isn’t sitting on her hefty cash flow. Mrs. Knowles-Carter has just inked a deal worth $60 million with NetFlix, reports Variety. And that’s only for three projects. The streaming giant, which just announced it’s added nearly 10 million subscribers in the first quarter of 2019, is honing in on music with the three-project deal with Beyoncé. The first of the three specials is “Homecoming,” which is a behind-the-scenes look chronicling Bey’s Coachella show in 2018 – called a “massive spectacle of dance, visuals and music” that reaffirmed her title of Queen Bey, reports Variety. Reports Vulture, HBO was also interested in cutting a deal with Knowles-Carter, since it had a longstanding relationship with her, including the airing of 2016’s “Lemonade” and the “On the Run Tour” in 2014. With the release of “Homecoming,” Beyoncé also dropped a 40-track album that includes two bonus tracks: “Before I Let Go” and a cover of Frankie Beverly’s “I Been On.”
