Lancaster city officials met recently with Mike Sullivan, owner of Subaru Antelope Valley, to celebrate the grand opening of the newly renovated Subaru Antelope Valley. The dealership, which has sold an impressive 100 new vehicles per month this quarter, now boasts an expanded showroom and service area.

“Lancaster is proud to be the home of dealerships like Subaru Antelope Valley which are the cornerstone of an economically resilient City, as they create local jobs and generate valuable sales tax revenue, which helps fund services our community members utilize every day,” said Lancaster Mayor R. Rex Parris. “Under the skilled leadership of Mike Sullivan, Subaru Antelope Valley has experienced exponential growth in sales—once again proving the Antelope Valley to be a fruitful market for businesses in every sector.”

The revitalized Subaru Antelope Valley dealership, located at 43226 Drivers Way in Lancaster, now occupies more than 24,000 square feet in the Lancaster Auto Mall. The renovated dealership now offers potential car buyers a larger showroom to explore, which includes more room to display Subaru’s popular all-wheel drive line.

The dealership’s service facilities also received upgrades, which are expected to increase operation by more than 140 percent in the next three to four years. Additionally, Subaru Antelope Valley kept the sustainability-conscious Lancaster community in mind by incorporating green features into its design, including LED lighting, low flow water fixtures, and even built-in recycling centers.

“Subaru Antelope Valley is the third Subaru dealership in the LAcarGUY family and we couldn’t be more excited about the future of this brand,” said Sullivan, owner of the LAcarGUY family of dealerships. “We doubled our sales last year and this renovation provides the dealership with the facility it deserves—and is an investment in both Subaru and the Antelope Valley community.”

As the demand for reliable vehicles increases throughout the Antelope Valley region, so does the demand for capable sales professionals. As part of its recent expansion, Subaru Antelope Valley plans to grow its sales team as well as add Business Development Company (BDC) representatives to its staff this year.
