Forbes names highest paid hip-hop artists

Forbes magazine has issued its list of top money makers in hip hop, with Jay Z coming in at the top after earning more than $76 million. That includes his concert tour with wife Beyoncé, album sales and sponsorship deals. That puts Jay Z well ahead of Kanye West, who came in 10th with $27.5 million. In between them: Sean “P. Diddy” Combs is No. 2 with $64 million; Kendrick Lamar is No. 3 with $58 million; Drake comes in at No. 4 with $47 million; J. Cole is No. 5 with $35.5 million; Dr. Dre and Nas are tied for No. 6 with $35 million; Pitbull with $32 million takes the No. 8 spot; and Future is in at No. 9 with $30 million.
