The Palmdale City Library will begin its spring “storytime” session at the Palmdale Library, 700 E. Palmdale Blvd., on Tuesday, April 3 and will run through Friday, May 11.

Preschool storytime, for children ages 3 to 5, will be held on Tuesdays at 1 p.m.  Baby-toddler storytime, for infants and toddlers 6 to 36 months, will be held on Wednesdays for two sessions: 9:15 and 10:15 a.m. In addition, Bilingual storytime sessions, for all ages, will be held on Fridays at 10 a.m.

“Bring your child to ‘storytime’ where we sing, dance, play, and listen to great stories,” said Shay Hawken, library associate. “Children can learn and grow in a comfortable, nurturing environment as they have fun and get those wiggles out!”

The Palmdale City Library is open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
