The coroner has released the name of a man killed when his vehicle crashed into a fence and a pole next to Sierra Highway east of Santa Clarita.
Brandon Scott Isaman, 31, was a Palmdale resident, coroner’s Investigator Kimberley Arnold said.
The crash was reported at 2:42 a.m. April 22 at 15112 Sierra Hwy., California Highway Patrol Officer Patrick Kimball said. That location is about midway between Canyon Country and Agua Dulce.
The man now identified as Isaman was driving a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu and no one else was in it. He had been headed south at the time of the crash, the CHP reported.
