Jordan Downs Plaza in Watts is offering job opportunities for persons with experience in construction work.
Up to three structural steel workers are needed, particularly those persons with experience in iron working and welding.
Six individuals with experience in door and window framing as well as installing necessary hardware are needed. They will also perform closet shelving, install bath accessories, and baseboards. Prospective workers must provide their own tools and have transportation.
A service representative Shambaugh & Son Inc. is requested. This individual will be responsible for working with the onsite service/inspection team to sell service agreements, quote service jobs, and design small service work projects.
Up to five carpenters are needed to perform rough carpentry and wood framing for Pabon Construction Co.
Enrique Cruz Masonry has a position open for a concrete forming carpenter. Applicants must provide their own tools (nail bag, hammer, etc.). An additional masonry tender is needed for multi-story work. Officials at the construction site say this individual must not be afraid of heights.
TTS Engineering needs one heavy equipment operator along with two pipe layers for “underground wet utility” work.
Endrizzi Enterprises Inc. is looking for two laborers, and Calafia Electric has a need for an apprentice electrical worker. This person must commit to enroll in an affiliated state recognized electrical apprentice program.
