Since 1980, Jenesse Center Inc. has been helping families to escape and overcome the trauma of domestic violence. Through a comprehensive, holistic service approach to domestic violence intervention, Jenesse seeks to remove every conceivable barrier, including financial obstacles, to overcoming the effects of domestic abuse and breaking the cycle of violence that ensnares so many families.

The organization’s mission is to provide comprehensive programs and services, address immediate crisis, and change the patterns of trauma/abuse in people’s lives. To that end, on Oct. 4, The Jenesse Center will launch its Allstate Purple Purse Fundraising Challege. The Center will compete with other organizations to raise the most money to go towards the cause of domestic violence prevention and intervention.
