Cosby may mortgage home to cover legal bills

Numerous news outlets are reporting that bill Cosby is attempting to mortgage his New York home to cover legal bills that continue to mount as he faces yet another trial for sexual assault. So far, the entertainer has not been convicted of any crime. Now 80, Cosby is seeking a reported $30 million mortgage on his 13,000-square-foot mansion. The kind of loan Cosby has allegedly applied for comes with a high interest rate and only a year to pay off. He paid $6.2 million for the house, which sits on the Upper East Side of Manhattan back in 1987.
