Join jazz vocalist Dianne Reeves will perform on Dec. 20 as part of the LA Phil’s “Deck the Hall” concert series Dec. 16-31 at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in downtown Los Angeles.

A “Holiday Sing-A-Long” will begin the festivities on  Dec. 16. Hosted by Melissa Peterman, the matinee performance from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. will include holiday favorites such as “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” “Silent Night” and many other yuletide favorites accompanied by a choir, a jazz combo and the world famous Walt Disney Concert Hall pipe organ.

“A Chanticleer Christmas” will take place at 8 p.m. Dec. 19. In this annual tradition, the 12-man Grammy Award-winning ensemble embodies the Christmas spirit through their singing of an eclectic program, from serene Gregorian chants to rousing American spirituals.

Diane Reeves takes the stage at 8 p.m. Dec. 20. As one of the preeminent jazz singers of her generation, Reeves takes classic songs and wraps them in her deeply personal approach, including carols from her album of holiday favorites.

Naturally 7 appears at 8 p.m. Dec. 22. The a cappella group creates all of their “instrumental” accompaniments with their own voices—from percussion, strings, horns and woodwinds—and even turntables

On Dec. 23 at 3 p.m. and again at 8 p.m., “White Christmas Sing-A-Long” takes place featuring a screening of the beloved 1954 film starring Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, Rosemary Clooney and Vera Ellen. Be there for the songs “The Best Things happen When You’re Dancing,” “Snow,” “Sisters” and Irving Berlin’s immortal “White Christmas.”

On Dec. 31 at 7 and 10:30 p.m., “New Year’s Eve with Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox” will feature throwback renditions as well as current hits. Look for special guests and a few surprises.

Visitors who arrive early on Dec. 19 will receive free hot chocolate, coffee and a photo with Santa. Complementary holiday treats and cocktails will be served on Dec. 23, and 10-cent drinks will be available at the retro speakeasy on Dec. 31.
