House of Toys scheduled Dec 10

Join Stevie Wonder, Andra Day, Dave Matthews, Pharrell, Savion Glover and special guest star Tony  Bennett for the 21st Annual House Full of Toys, Saturday, Dec. 10 at 8 p.m. at Staples Center.

That evening, Stevie Wonder will perform a special selection of songs from his Grammy Award-winning albums “Talking Book” and “Innervisions.” Emmy Award-winner Rickey Minor will serve as musical director

“Even though the House Full of Toys will be celebrating 21 years, the joy of giving in the spirit of song will make this night such pleasured fun for the old and young,” Wonder said.

House Full of Toys benefits children, persons with disabilities, and families in need. Attendees are encouraged to being an unwrapped toy or gift. These charitable gifts are tax deductible.

Stevie Wonder is among the most celebrated and prominent figures in popular music. Over the years he has received 25 Grammy Awards—including the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award—an Academy Award and a Golden Globe. He has received the Presidential Medal of Freedom, and is a designated United Nations Messenger of Peace with a special focus on persons with disabilities.
