Assemblyman Tom Lackey (R-Palmdale) will conduct a small business forum today from 10 a.m. to noon at the Palmdale Oasis Recreation Center, 3850 E. Avenue S.
The forum will cover best practices for small businesses, business plan development, start-up basics, access to capital, regulatory compliance, money management, and hiring and retaining employees.
Sponsors include the city of Palmdale, California State Board of Equalization, and Palmdale Chamber of Commerce.
