Rockin’ Jump, the popular leader in what is commonly called “fitness diagnosed as fun,” will be arriving in Palmdale in early December at 1301 W. Rancho Vista Blvd. adjacent to the Antelope Valley Mall.

Located just off the Antelope Valley Freeway, the 18,300-square-foot facility will offer many of the company’s trademark “family fun” activities such as a large open jump arena, a trampoline dodge ball court, the X-Beam jousting challenge, a huge air bag, and the challenging “Vertical Ops” rock climbing wall.

Palmdale is home to the second Rockin’ Jump park owned and operated by former professional skater and coach Dawn Porter. In addition to the outdoor activities, the new park will offer four private party rooms, lounge seating with viewing monitors where parents can watch their children play outside, and there are free programmable lockers to hold your belongings as well as Wi-Fi and television sets. A variety of food will also be available at the park’s on-site café.

Porter says the “Clean Safe Fun” has a practical meaning. As a former professional athlete, she believes that children can burn up to “1,000 calories an hour with exercise.”

The kids can wear themselves out on any of the fun fitness-focused attractions, and parents can have fun with the kids or relax in our lounge viewing area while they get some precious ‘adult time’ with other parents,” Porter said.

The park can host parties and special events using “personal party hosts.” Organizations and youth groups should visit www.palmdale.rockinjump.com for more details.
