Donald Trump has once again claimed the front-runner status on the Republican side in the 2016 presidential race while Democrat Sen. Bernie Sanders has sent Hillary Clinton back to the drawing board to reassess strategy following the results of the New Hampshire presidential primary Tuesday.

Trump, rebounding from a defeat in the Iowa Caucuses to Sen. Ted Cruz collected 35.4 percent of ballots cast—more than double the votes won by second place finisher Ohio governor, John Kasich who collected 15.7 percent of ballots. Cruz, winner of the Iowa Caucuses, came in third behind Kasich with 11.7 percent of votes. The two-term Ohio head of state upped his performance after the Iowa race, moving up to second place in the Green Mountain state primary with 15.7 percent of votes compared to the 1.9 percent he garnered earlier.

Sanders won the Democratic contest 60 to 38 percent over Clintom and now the action shifts to South Carolina. Republican voters will go to the polls Feb. 20 while Democrats will vote Feb. 27.

Nevada voters will go to the polls Feb. 20, if you vote Democrat and Feb. 23, if you vote Republican.
