The Los Angeles County Air Show has announced the addition of a pyrobatic night show and concert on Friday, March 20, 2015, featuring country star Craig Morgan, to its weekend festivities. Tickets for the night show and concert are on sale and can be purchased via the Air Show website at http://www.lacountyairshow.com/purchase-tickets/. The LA County Pyrobatic Night Show and Concert will be held at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds.

“We’re excited to add a night show and concert to our action-packed weekend,” said Dennis Dunbar, executive director of the Los Angeles County Air Show. “A night show is one of the very few things residents of the ‘Aerospace’ Valley have not seen in the sky before. These aircraft literally fly with fire coming from their wings. Fireworks and lights emanating from the aircraft work together to trace its trajectory across the sky. This stunning display coupled with upbeat music provides an electric atmosphere unique to night shows. Craig Morgan is a veteran, a fantastic entertainer with countless hit singles, and when one of those is called ‘Bonfire,’ …well you just have to book a guy like that to wrap-up an amazing Pyrobatic Night Show!”

Gates open at 5 p.m. and the show will be emceed by nationally syndicated radio hosts, Big D and Bubba. The show begins at 5:30 p.m. with opening act Jacob Nelson & The Tone Wranglers. Flyovers and other flights will take place throughout the evening, with featured performances such as the Firecat flown by Gene Soucy and an aerobatic routine titled Magic by Moonlight performed by Matt Younkin taking place after the sun sets. Craig Morgan will round out this great night with a full set featuring his long list of hits.
