Desks are also operational at City Hall in downtown Los Angeles and the Van Nuys City Hall.

Those who wish to sign up for office hours must fill out a form at http://lamayor.org/sola by noon Thursday.

The help desk will be open weekdays, with the exception of Mondays, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
