Family, police seek help locating man with Alzheimer’s

LOS ANGELES, Calif. —  The family of William Dixon and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing Person Unit are asking for the public’s help to locate Dixon.

Dixon was last seen on June 10, at 9:45 a.m., in the 1600 block of W. 59th Street in Los Angeles. Dixon left the location and has not been seen or heard from since. His family is extremely concerned for his welfare because he has Alzheimer’s condition, high blood pressure and may be in need of medical attention.

Dixon is described as a bald 74-year-old Black male with brown eyes. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He was wearing gold pants with a blue t-shirt and a blue baseball cap. Dixon has gold teeth. He goes by the nickname of “Him.”
