An Ultimate Transformation Moment
This week’s Ultimate Transformation Moment re-establishes the basic fact that you possess the most tremendous power of choice.
You have the power to choose. You have the power to determine what the best alternative, path or decision is for your individual self, your family, and your community. You can choose, but in choosing, you must be willing to put in the work that is required by your choice.
That means once you choose something, you can’t simply make a choice, then sit and wait for someone else to do, give or provide the outcome. So, begin to re-establish the power that you have inside to choose the best for yourself.
If you want to improve your own personal health and wellness, you must choose correctly. For example, increase your water intake and eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. This may mean you have made the choice to forego the desserts, and cut back on the extra carbohydrates.
If you want the best education for your children, then, choose to show up at their schools.
Choose to sit down and read with them when they are home. Work with them on their homework. These activities may mean that you have chosen to give up a night on the town, or a movie after dinner.
You have the power of choice in every facet of your life. My simple request is to take a look at the changes you would like to see in your life. Make a list. Then determine the choices that you must make to see the changes occur.
Right now, today, you can choose to be an active participant, or sit on the sidelines and be a spectator. You can actively choose abundance or choose to settle for lack and limitations. You can choose hope or you can choose despair. It is also within your power to choose health over sickness. And very simply, you can choose to love or you can choose to hate.
Family, let’s use the power of choice to choose the highest and best existence for ourselves.

Determine what your course of action will be. For example, will you walk three miles or 45 minutes? Before you set out, here are a few things to do.
After reading “21 Days to Ultimate Health and Wellness,” quite a few people have approached me with questions regarding re-calibration at the end of a 21-day commitment. They want to know what re-calibration is all about.
First, once you have committed to 21 days of consistently doing something, you have created a new habit. The new habit should be in alignment with the person you want to be. The person you want to become reflects the image of the person who you want to fall in love with.
