An Ultimate Transformation Moment

This week’s Ultimate Transformation Moment reviews a power that, while simple, is the most tremendous power that humans possess. Today we review the power of choice.

Every individual has the power to choose, and you have that power to choose in every second of every moment of every day of your life. However, the power to choose is based upon a few fundamental truths.

First, know that human potential is unlimited. This means that your potential is as great as you believe it to be. Once you understand that your potential is unlimited, you are free to choose to become your highest and best self. The sky is the limit.

If you want to be a doctor, put the work in and you can become a doctor. If you believe that you can change your community, then dedicate yourself to making the change.

Second, you can only make changes from your own personal place. You think from a place that is within. You also make changes from within, which is work that must be done individually and it is from this personal place that you are able to choose work to reach your highest and best self.

Third, you were born out of the pureness of God, the pureness of love, the pureness of good. This good serves as the foundation to living a good life. Wake up every morning expecting everything good to happen. When you expect something good, you will make better choices for yourself.

Pure and good, unlimited potential is your birthright. This is the starting point for making your individual choices. When you effect change from your personal place, you can only expect good things to happen.

So, take a moment to sit down and design the type of person that you want to be, the type of family you want to have, and the type of community you want to live in. Now, choose it.

That’s our Ultimate Transformations Moment. Peace and be more.

The food that is consumed tends to be higher in calories and larger portions. The increased calories and lack of exercise causes the metabolism to slow.

This week’s Ultimate Transformation Moment continues to build upon the basics of exercise preparation.

Once you have the proper equipment, it’s now time to get going. However, to assist you, it helps to have a system in place that prepares you and carries you through the workout.

Determine what your course of action will be. For example, will you walk three miles or 45 minutes? Before you set out, here are a few things to do.

  • Let’s go fitness gear -

This week’s Ultimate Transformation Moment is about building your own personal wellness program.

We’ve kicked off the Let’s Go Men! as well as the Let’s Go Women! workout programs in the Los Angeles area this quarter, and in honor of these two programs, there is some basic fitness gear I want to make sure everyone has anytime they go workout. No matter where you are working out, you want to make sure that you have the following clothing and equipment.
