An Ultimate Transformation Moment

This week’s Ultimate Transformation Moment is on appreciation. Spiritually speaking, the present moment is truly all we have at any given moment in our lives.

During the holiday season, many material gifts are given and some provide pleasure and others disappointment. How often have you watched children tear through beautifully wrapped presents to either be ecstatic, pleasantly surprised or rather unimpressed with the gift? Other times, a quick thank-you is given, as the race continues on to open the next gift. While appreciation is shown, just how deep is the appreciation really?

Deep appreciation reflects an awareness that in this moment that your thoughts and beliefs are showing up in a material fashion. Every moment consists of energy that contains a power and force that multiplies itself. Being in the moment means that you are conscious of your thoughts and actions as they are happening. So being appreciative also has to do with the awareness of the power in the moment through your thoughts and action.

Being in the moment, is where you find the presence of a higher power acting on your behalf.

Through this power, you find your potential to create. In this moment, I ask you to be still and become more aware of the infinite power. Do this throughout your day, and not only during this time of the year, but throughout your life. Your power is ignited by your most consistent thoughts.

This is the reason that it is so important to keep positive thoughts, because eventually your thoughts become the things that show up in your life. The gifts that you receive during the holiday season are only a small portion of the gifts that the infinite gives every day.

It is through the awareness of the power that is in each moment that you can make a definitive improvement in your personal life. Change comes, when you change how you think. When you can consistently keep positive thoughts, with the expectation of more good to come, then good things will begin to show up in your personal life.

Now you are living life in full spiritual belief. Constantly stay in a state of gratitude and appreciation and keep your thoughts positive. Believe that there is only good in your life. Once you have true belief in this thought, then only good will come to you. These are the gifts that the infinite bestows upon us everyday. We are now in a state of appreciation with an awareness of the power that the moments possess. With this formula, we are acting truly as spiritual beings, affecting our lives and surroundings positively.

What’s happened in our past is in our past, and we can’t do anything but learn from the experience. We can’t really affect the future unless we are controlling what we think and do in the present moment. Ultimately, the only thing that we have is the present moment. In this moment, I ask you, as I ask myself, what do you choose to be and celebrate? Make the answer to this question completely positive and full of appreciation.

That’s our Ultimate Transformations Moment. Peace and be more.
